As part of your pre-opening support, we provide on-boarding and training as you seek sites and build out your facility.

- Initial training lasts for 1 week and is conducted in the Chicago, IL area. We cover advertising and local marketing to get started as well as our technology
  platforms and operational processes, from checking in a guest and member sign ups, to financial management and managing performance in your virtual golf
  entertainment business.
- Onsite support is provided at your Golf VX location prior to opening, too. Build your communit.

FAQs

Are you seeking owner operators or executive owners?
We want our owners to be involved in the management of the business, but not working “in” the business. Most of our franchise owners will be focused on hospitality, marketing and business development.
Can I own more than one facility?
Yes. We believe some owners will operate multiple facilities. We offer a 50% discount on initial franchise fees for owners who commit to additional units later, plus a multi-unit development program.
How much space do I need for this facility?
Between 4,000 and 15,000 square feet depending on the model you choose. Either way, things like drive by traffic, customer demographics, parking and co-tenants matter. We have established site criteria and guidelines which will help you evaluate real estate for your Golf VX location.
How long does it take to open?
You could be open in about 2 to 4 months choosing our Academy franchise model. If you choose our full entertainment model serving food and beverages, the timeline would be 7 to 9 months.
How many employees are needed to operate the facility?
Typically between 3 and 6 full time and part time employees per shift.
What are the startup costs and what do they include?
